I've been playing this game since beta. I am a woman and am regularly harassed over voice and text comms. I report, provide an explanation and then I keep playing. I try my best to just 'get over it' but it feels really disheartening thinking that all these players continue to play uninhibited and without any consequence.

This was an unrated game I played yesterday. I know Riot's games are famous for having their secret mmrs and in the end it did make sense because we lost the game 13-12....
