i dropped 2 ranks almost 3 since the 5.01 patch happened i went from top/2nd fragging in highgold/plat lobbys to bottomfragging against bronzes and silvers that are just insane anyone else had this issue?

Why is your first shot, stationary, only 95% accurate?
Does anyone know the design choice/reasons for this? I completely understand every bullet after or moving while shooting being innacurate/less accurate but no matter how I spin it in my head, it seems strange.
