Just found this hat on breeze, dont know if this has been posted before, is this a confirmation on the new character, or are the devs just messing with us? it has the same eye as syphers hat. Its located left of attacker spawn if someone wants to look at it

I needed 50 vp for the battlepass, so i spent countless nights working on this masterpiece of modern art.
