So sometimes I play Valorant and get the map Spilt, choose my character, bhop my way to a site and and wait for the buy phase barrier to go down. then, I sometimes hear some faint dialogue that I can't quite decypher.

I know it's oddly specific, but I feel like I've only heard this message with these requirements

-map is split
-It's a pistol round
-you're at a
-it's still buy phase
