sorry if this clutters the sub but i dont know where else to go with this. i guess what im looking for is asking you guys if any of you have the same exact issue. ive written to tech support but the solutions ive been given go in a completely different direction like internet connectivity and display drivers so im really at a loss.

started happening only after the new patch, any input on my keyboard (even keys which dont do anything in the game) lags the game to the point of being unplayable, however wasd keys are the worst offenders. if i hold any directional key the game goes fine for half a second and then freezes entirely until the key is released (total frame time goes up to around 500ms), moving the mouse around, however, doesnt lag the game. when i changed the keybind for moving to a mouse key it still seemed to lag the game however less so.

reiterating: only happening since the latest patch. thanks for your input.
