I used to be immortal 3 before they changed the ranking system, and I haven't played in about 3-4 months or so. I knew it would be somewhat of a challenge and I wouldn't be as good right out the box but I am starting to wonder what is actually going wrong.
When I first started I was doing well, but after a week I started going downhill fast. Went from placing immortal and now am platinum 3. I have noticed I have heightened anxiety during gunfights because I instantly crouch before I even shoot sometimes, and that my aim is extremely shaky. All I do is flick with a kneejerk reaction that goes way beyond the player model.
I used to do 30 mins or so of kovaaks a day, and my aim was very crisp but now it just feels like poop. Do I need to get back on the kovaaks grind, or is this something that just comes with time?
