So I recently claimed the prime gaming loot like 24 hours ago and I still don’t have it in my inventory. It’s in the banner collection area but locked even though it should be unlocked. I don’t know what to do, anyone else facing this problem?

At the tip of an inflamatory commentary with 0% consistency behind the call-out (no gameplay analysis from that teammate) is instant mute and no need to say that you muted X player. Just do it. It's a healthy behaviour.
