I recently played in a plat lobby against an (alleged) Immortal 3 smurf who posted in chat that he was boosting an account. I have proof of their chat messages and I wanted to know what the best way to report this player would be? (I already reported them in game)

What use does the surrender button to you?
I occasionally, when we're winning by a lot and the enemy refuses to FF, or when im bored with the match will start an FF so that i can force the enemy to accept a defeat or just get out of them game to queue next.
