Help me... Hardstuck gold here

I have decent aim, good game sense. Im always suggesting some tactics for team and giving info, but no one listening to me in 80% of the time.Currently maining Cypher. What is the min amount of damage you comm to your team?

If you shoot some one and hit them for 6 do you communicate that? Or do you only communicate higher amounts of damage? I’m just curious where people stand on this.
