Im Silver 1, only go negative and earn 19 RR per win, have shit mechanics and game sense, ok aim, and can be such a baiter unintentionally. I main sage and try to support my teammates but inadvertently bait them. I need a training regiment to improve these flaws. Can someone help me?

How is it possible that ppl Topfrag and play insane with 100+ Ping?
I have so many games where i either have someone with 100+ Ping on my or the enemy team that plays pretty insane and top frags.
Should they not be at a huge disadvantage vs someone like me who has around 25-30 Ping every Game? or am i und...
