Help playing with international friends

Hello! I wanted to play with a friend of mine that lives in Canada, but I live in Brazil. Would I need to do something special for this to happen? I heard that different servers dont connect to each other normally.

Does rr gain/loss change how its given based on the person’s rank?

Guys, I need your opinions. My friend (Neon) said she was clearly on Omen's head except for the first bullet. To me, it looks like she spammed Omen's body. What do you see? Should she have hit a headshot here, or is the clip normal?
