How do I improve in this game?
So I've been playing valorant for a couple months now and I can't seem to improve at all, its so hard to play unrated because there seems to be no skilled based matchmaking, everyone is better than I am, there is the occasional level 2 or 3...

My team had started with 1,100 creds in the first round but the enemy team only had 800?
