My Friend Can't Get Into A Game
We are both pretty new to playing valorant, so I don't know if this is a common issue if there is a solution.
Whenever we search for a game, they get stuck on the loading screen and the pick agent timer runs out before they even load into...

Won a 3v5 today. Got 10rr for it, which is about the lowest I've ever received for a win. I typically get 15-20. Can anyone explain this to me, because I'm baffled?
