When I play VALORANT, sometimes in 1v2, 1v3, 1v4 and 1v5's situation I get very high blood pressure and very shaky hands, sometimes my head even shakes. I can't control it. It's hard to concentrate, sometimes it's making me lose fights.
I dont know what to do.
