For about a month now I've been getting consistent high ping to all servers, I used to get 60 to Illinois constant but now it's constant at 100+ is anyone having this issue and/or know how to fix it?

So recently i ranked up from b2 to s3 mostly because of the improvement in my aim and crosshair placement but i fell that i cant rank anymore because i don't play good with me team(i am the problem) i can win a 1v1 and had a lot of clutches...
