I was in a standard Unrated game today and was in a duel with a Chamber, I hit him for 162hp and as seen on the attached screenshot, he did not die from it. No healing could have been involved as all damage was dealt within 5-ish seconds, their Sage was killed 30seconds prior and they did not have any other healer on their team.
I'm just wondering how this is possible and if there's any logical explanation to it.

Cypher Buff Idea
Let Cypher place both ends of the trip wires individually(lets say using right click). You put one end on a wall and then choose a spot for the second end on another wall. There can be a limiting angle that doesn't let you make weird things...
