I just won a game as reyna and then she “screams” at the end: “this isn’t who I was meant to be”. For some reason I find this creepy. Thank u for coming to my TED talk.

How do I level up my contracts?
Hope this is the right place to ask. How the hell do I progress the contract tier of an agent? I've played countless games but it still only says 0/75.000 XP when I check the Tier for Reyna. Sry, I'm still fairly new at the game.
