Smurfing is actually so bad right now. In the past 8 games each and every one of then has had atleast one smurf, and there was even a game where there was a smurf 3 stack. Hopefully they go the route of overwatch and do phone number association but until then im not playing comp anymore.

When do people start paying attention to economy?
I’m only a silver scrub so this may just be a low elo thing, but at what point does economy actually become a thing players actually start playing around?

You can cancel animation Cypher's reload with his cam if you press it twice as fast as you can. I've made a comparison for you to see it. Also, for people who cancel animation with quick switching, it just makes your reload time slightly slower. 1st Cam cancel, 2nd Quick switching, 3rd Default.
