At first, I want to apologize for my English, but I'm not a native.
Okay, I know that I'm not the best in the game, (Just because I'm new) but someone can explain to me how matchmaking works? I'm asking because always freaking ALWAYS one of the teams has a skill advantage. That's not happening on unrated matches only but on ranked too. How I'm supposed to learn how to play or have fun, while the enemy team has an advantage like this:

For those who have 'trash' computers or just dont like the vfx on certain skins they bought, I think that yall should add a 'remove VFX' function on weapon skin individually. Sorry if someone has already said this but i think its a good ide...
