At first, I want to apologize for my English, but I'm not a native.
Okay, I know that I'm not the best in the game, (Just because I'm new) but someone can explain to me how matchmaking works? I'm asking because always freaking ALWAYS one of the teams has a skill advantage. That's not happening on unrated matches only but on ranked too. How I'm supposed to learn how to play or have fun, while the enemy team has an advantage like this:

The weapon buff/nerf Valorant needs.
