Horribly incosistent

So, my main account is dia 3 peek ascendant 1. My alt is plat 2.

When I even play in lower lobbies like plat, gold I cant carry at all. I suck, I get killed everytime, everyone has better reaction time than me. People blaming me because Im "boosted".

And I'm very very incosistent. Sometimes can't even aim in silver lobbies. I feel like I'm so fucking boosted. Idk what to do.

How to improve on your movements?

I’m imm3 now and I feel like most of my deaths are results of my bottish movement which allows me to get killed easily(?) is this a thing? How do you all improve on that?
