Played a ranked game today (S1) and we ran into a pretty obvious smurf sage. After 3 rounds she had 9-1 kills and in round 4 she had 12-1. The game was going alright as it was still 2-2. Luckily we noticed that the rest of their team were not performing very well so we exploited the hell out of this.

How you may ask? "Okay, game plan. If you see sage, dont take her on yourself. 2v1 or run. Do not duel her"!

This was followed by "sage is B site, go A, go A!". This led us to many situations of 3 or 4 v 1 against their sage and helped us win the game. Their sage still did amazing with a 26-12 but thats only 14 more kills in 16 rounds.

If you guys go against a smurf, just run! Dont trade as you will play in a setup favouring their strengths. Also be wary of sage and reyna as they can self heal as well.

Edit: For those doubting the smurf account, the sage was the only unrankend and used sage wall to boost onto Container on icebox B site.

Edit 2: Okay, a sage boost onto a container is also not 200 iq strategy but it means its probably not their first account. Plus they also did that constant jiggle peak thing around corners so you dont expose yourself to multiple enemies.

But the main point of this post is not to go "oh this guy is such a smurf" but to tell players if you think someone is smurfing, do this strategy! There are so many posts complaining about smurfs and here is a counter smurf strategy! Doesnt matter if it is a smurf or someone popping off.
