How to avoid afk players if u dont have friends

8 straight comp games I had one afk teammate or even more. I lost all 8 games, From Bronze 3 to Bronze 1 in two days. Stuck in Bronze for 3 acts, I blame myself when I lose, cause my aim suck, but the amout of afk players recently just crazy.

Edit: by afk players I mean not only players, who quit the match for 2-3 round but also those who permanent leaving a match
