So I started playing Kay/O frequently on Breeze and Pearl.

I'm currently rank P3 and I started playing kayo from P1.

How can I get more info as a kayo my current rank while defending?
The thing is, I knife at the beginning of the round and in P1 and P2 ranks it used to work as expected.

In breeze I knife at A main or B main or Mid to get control of map or just to know where my enemies are. But as I went to P3 and started getting diamond players and having trouble getting info.

The smarter players just avoid the knife. I tried to change the timing of the knife so they wont be able to avoid it but it doesn’t work that much.

I have been following pro tournaments and observed their initiator plays. The defending and attacking side usually send sova dart and/or kayo knife at the beginning of the round and attackers wait for the recon abilities to refresh when attacking the site.

But in my rank nobody waits till the last 30 seconds to execute the site. Because of this the enemies avoid the knife and rush a site just after that.

So I'm having trouble using the same tactics as pros in this rank.
