I know it will be an unpopular opinion and thus the title.

What i am interested in knowing is that how many people other than me don't want the select map feature added to the game? Obviously i don't love/hate all the maps the same but i still enjoy the random nature of map selection and think that this is better for the long run because playing 2/3 maps a lot more than others (which is inevitable if they add the feature) will lead to staleness and perhaps not as much enjoyment as playing random maps every game. Also it adds that thrill of the unknown when you are in the queue.

That being said, i would like if the algorithm improved a bit on maps not being repeated in consecutive games, especially for DM. I've had 5-6 consecutive DMs on icebox a couple of times in the past 2-3 months and it is annoying indeed.
