Kayo's knife is an "all purpose emp" which is literally worded on the knife. If it can disable breach's abilities which are all from his arms, how is he able to even move his arms? They should be completely disabled and he should have his arms flopping around. This would be the perfect nerf for him as well. Oh he likes using his arms so much to flash? Well boom, now you can't use them at all. Honestly at this point I don't see why rito hasn't just hired us all yet.
