Every time i try to play with my friends, either i log in and the only person on my friendlist is myself and i have to restart my game, or someone doesn't get an invite and has to restart their game, or a person disappears from my friendlist and instead of them there's a copy of another person.

When jumping with satchels should I still be holding W?
I was wondering when jumping around double satcheling should I still be holding W in mid air while strafing? (I am used to CS GO Straftring where you cannot touch W) and should I be crouching?
