Every time I play Valorant, I find myself missing every time. When I am certain that my crosshair is on the target, I shoot but my opponent strafed left or right at the last second causing me to miss. How can I prevent this from happening and improve on it?

Passives (e.g. Jett float) should be removed during KAYO ult
Every agent has to play without abilities but Jett can still float around?
For consistency, Phoenix healing should probably also be restricted but... poor Pheonix...
