How can make a strategy for my team?

hi guys
i like to be valorant pro coach so i start work with my friends make some strategys and join to tournament ,But I reached another stage, which is that I joined another team, and I needed to develop strategies to win the match, so I went to watch the matches of the major teams and learn from them, then apply the method of playing with my team, but I always feel that there is something I am missing in order to be a professional coach.

So I wanted to know how to get to be a professional coach and also how to get to make good plans and make an impact in any tournament I participate in
