Is the DISRUPTION card coming out soon?

Most rr gained after a match?
I recently had a game where i got [46rr](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/853984455806681179/1064590881224654848/image.png) after a win.
So i wondered what was the most rr you have gained after a win - smurfs excluded.
