Ppl watch CS:GO Major, not only cause they're interested in watching pro players. They're doing the Pick'Em Challenge. Getting a unique pin attracts ppl to bets with autographs. This makes watching the tournament more fun.
And I wondered how Riot could do something like Pick'em in Valorant
Bets: If in CS ppl are betting with autographs-stickers then in Valorant we can bet with pins of teams.
Public Favorite: Players can vote for their favorite player and if he wins the vote, those ppl will receive a unique profile background associated with that pro player.
Rewards for watching the tournament: Each player who has watched a certain number of matches at the end of the tournament will get skins and a knife. If the player watches 30% of the matches, he will receive the first skin, 50% of the watched matches, he gets a second skin, for 70% another skin, and for 100% he gets a knife.
Is it a good idea?)
