How do i climb out of this?

Title basically, i have been playing with a silver 3 duo, warming up before playing, watching a lot of guides and videos, and i just cant win, dropped from silver 2 60 points to this, it feels like a coinflip

How can i improve?

Edit: Im Silver 1, my game is in spanish
