I kind of don't understand this, as I go into customs to practice util along with other things that would be useful in game. I'm starting to want to try neon and tried using good bhops and movement with her E ability but after 15 seconds I have to wait around 1-2 mins to use the 15 seconds again. If there was at least a way to have infinite high gear (E) it would be very useful for me.
