I've been playing around bronze, iron and silver since episode 0(?) and about a year ago I noticed that I would encounter people I'd played with or against before, fairly often (I don't know why, but I remember a lot of usernames). My question is: is it common? note- I play on one server all the time.

I've also considered that it might be a bunch of people with the same or similar names, but I lean more towards them being the same people considering their names. Is there really not that many people playing on some servers? I imagined there would be 10s of thousands per server, but it doesn't seem like it.
