We usually play 5 stack competative, but games are mostly chill. Everyone in group plays for the team and plays their roles except one person. When I newly joined this group, group members wanted me to play IGL and this person had issue with it. He would do childish things like, calling to go opposite site that I suggest etc. I stopped playing IGL for the group and let things be.

Later this person became a bit friendly but has habits that annoy me and sometimes rest of team as well. If we are trying to retake site, this guy will just hold some angle from heaven and wait for enemies to peek him, which never happens. Rest of team dies while retaking and then this guy says stuff like "what should I do now?" implying we all died and he can't do anything alone. He will keep pushing you out of position where he thinks enemies will come so he can get kills. I usually like holding angle on defense but recently I have died many times because he peeks an angle in front of me without comms, he either blocks my vision and steals a kill or gets me killed.

On attack, he is super scared of anyone who can one tap. He will double peak angle with teammate and literally runaway if he sees enemy who can one tap. Baiting the teammate without completing trade. If we lose round, he will just rant about something, sometimes thing that we didnt even do.

I have tried talking to him about his behavior but he doesn't seem to change. I like playing with rest of group but one selfish teammate is ruining it for me. Yesterday I confronted him for blocking my vision again he just acted like it's not his fault. My only option seems to either stop playing with group or ask group to stop playing with him.
