How to deal with good IRL friends, but toxic ingame?

I'm in a group of 5 IRL friends. Before Valorant, we were generally play FPS games casually, no try hard or anything. At first, we were casual too, run and gun and have fun etc, but when we all reached Diamond, we tried to play more seriously since the game got harder. Problem is, I've always be the weakest link in term of gun play, so I tried to compensate by learning game knowledge, learning line ups on all agents, watch pro VODs, our own VODs, learning tactics, etc. I've also improved my aim but to be honest it's not Diamond level aim.

Now is when the problem begins. Every time I try to suggest a play, they always ignore me and do things they like. Like when I say: "Wait for my pop flash", they just went in without saying a word. When I ask about it later they tell me they "can't here the bottom frag". Another example is when I die when holding site, lose clutch, 1v1s, they mock and blame me, like "You died again?", "They always have a free site on us", and sighing.

It's toxic I know but it's only in game. IRL we still hanging out and joke around, I still feel like I'm belong to the group, while in game I can't feel that way. I'm just frustrated by myself being bad and sad.

Btw we're all adults and have jobs so I can't grind alone by myself lol.
