Maybe a dumb question, but does the flash need to go off in your line of sight to have the full effect? If I looked down to avoid the flash LOS instead of spinning 180°, would i still be flashed for the same about of time? Does anyone know the actual mechanic of this? If you spin to avoid a flash, is it 50% less powerful, 100%? Curious how this actually works
