To end the AFK problem, we should have the option to queue for an in progress match. For example, if someone DC'd in a bind game, a new teammate could replace them. The new teammate would have to (hypothetically) queue up specifically for an in progress match. And, if you lose or win an in progress match, you don't gain or lose much elo, so it would be a great warm up that helps everybody in the end. Thoughts?

VCT Champions 2021 was great, but I think Riot made a huge mistake and they have to fix it.
