Title. I don't know how set in stone the 12/12 round rule is, but today I realised that if games were shorter, maybe there would be less salt, afks and surrender votes. Sometimes, despite your best plans, adult life hits and you have to go, and it sucks to leave a team hanging. If unrated games were shorter (or if we had the option to queue up for short games instead of normal ones), I feel it would help out ppl who can't commit to half hour at a time. What do you think?

Feeling like a bit of an imposter lately. Just hit gold 2 after a huge win streak, and almost no top frags.
Out of the past 15 or so matches I've lost 3. I haven't been top fragging except for once. My KD has been around 1.3. I play Viper almost exclusively, and feel like I understand the game better, but I didn't think I could rank up that fast!...

Your team is loosing and wants to FF, all of them voted yes and your vote is the deciding one. Do you vote surrender? Why or why not?
I am curious about this, do you guys rather hold them hostage with the hope of winning of just ff and not risk them tilting?
What circumstances could change your decision, if there is any? Like maybe you would ff if it's a 1-12 match but...
