How to gain info with Skye bird?

I have been starting to play Skye more recently, and in certain videos I have heard people say “gain info with bird”. How is that possible, as people cant shoot the bird and it doesn’t show if you blinded anyone or not?

No remake rework? How about a draw rework?

Ok Riot, if you aren't willing to extend the remake function into later rounds, or add some type of "RR" forgiveness, what about drawing? If I am able to make it past the first round of OT at a clear disadvantage, I believe it is only fair...
