I have played few games I'm lvl 5 I have heard you need level 20 to play competitive or is the process different from that . Would be helpful if someone told

Spike rush or Swiftplay ?
Although both seem good for a casual break from competitive, i feel spike rush is better to test your skill on every different gun out there.
