I already have tried crosshair placement and all of that things but my headshot percentage is still 9%
any tips of how to improve?

A niche interaction between Killjoy's swarm grenade and the teleporters on Bind. Putting a swarm grenade through the teleporter will keep the doors open unless its detonated.
