My friends convinced me to lower my sens by over half, but it feels really sluggish to move my camera around even after a week of playing with it. Any suggestions on how to get used to it? EDIT: trying to get used to .333(and .15) 3200dpi, but i vastly prefer .5 and am most used to 1.0

the new patch notes have a weird description, can someone explain?

The [Valorant Patch Notes 3.08](https://playvalorant.com/en-us/news/game-updates/valorant-patch-notes-3-08/) has a description that says "There is no balance, only Zuul."
What does that mean?
