How do you guys deal with being dropped by a team?

I've been in a team for a pretty long time now, and just found out that they will drop me...Now i just feel disheartened and don't know how to react.

Does riot do anything about AFKs and sabotaging?

I have seen many players being afk after the game starts and people sabotaging the march because they want to derank. Please don’t be like these people and please get help. Don’t take your life’s misery and anger on others playing the game.

Stretched res blurry?

Im playing on 1024x768 which i know is very low, but when i play it seems a lottt more blurry than it does when i see other people play on it. Anyone know how i can fix this maybe?
