How do I focus?

Whenever I'm playing, I always blank out at random times. I'll be holding an angle and someone peeks me and I don't even notice. Sometimes I concentrate on minimap too much I don't see the enemy. How do I solve this? I don't have any form of attention disorders.

i booted up val and went into collection right away and every gun was called "bolt sniper" i literally just noticed that this existed maybe it has been in the game for a long time already
