I’m ascendant but my friends are gold and below. I IGL a lot and give them calls on where and when to smoke or flash or use certain util. Usually it works out and I say good flash but they say that they didn’t do anything to get praise. Sure, I told them where to flash, but they’re the ones that do the actual flashing. I want them to know that they did a good job but they don’t believe me. They just say I’m just doing what you told me to do.
