I'm the IGL of my team and have been wanting to put strats into something so I can remember them. I've checked online, but there isn't much that directly relates to a stratbook. So my question is what do they look like? And how do pro teams do this?

You shouldn't get demoted after having an AFK
Of course you are going to lose a game when you have a teammate who's been afk the whole game. You shouldn't get demoted after losing that game. Nothing makes me rage quit more than getting demoted after losing a match because of an afk tea...
