It is to my understanding that Cypher isn't necessarily the weakest agent for sure, but I do believe he is in need of some love. Obviously, once the Chamber nerfs hit, this will be a completely different discussion. I would love feedback and a healthy constructive discussion! :3

Trapwire: I really believe this is the main ability that needs some love, and yeah, its probably all Chamber's fault. First, I would increase the range. I think this is a basic change that is solid quality of life, that Cypher needs. I have been thinking about having an alt-fire on it, that would allow for actual custom anchor + anchor placement for more complex setups, but maybe that would be a bit OP? I would love thoughts on that.

Next, the more complex part, is the durability of the wire, and how to healthily fix that:

After shooting one end of the wire, the wire is now "Breaking", but however, will persist for 3-4 seconds before "Snapping". If you break both ends of the wire, it just breaks like normal. I feel like this would give Cypher some more stalling power. These changes I really like a lot, instead of just maybe lowering the price to 150 credits or something.

Cyber Cage: I dunno I think this ability is okay? Maybe giving the slow back wouldn't be so bad, but I really don't know what else could be done. I like the ability quite a lot. Perhaps the ability should be able to be picked up and then put on a little cooldown?

Spycam: Perhaps another dart tag charge? I hate that it only does the "yellow highlight", but I feel a "red highlight" might be a bit too busted. But yeah, this ability seems pretty fine, but it is also the one I want the most ideas from y'all.

Neural Theft: Make it highlight Red for a few seconds, or make it highlight Yellow, but once every few seconds, three times, for better stalling power and more reliable intel gain.
