How am I supposed to get better?

I am hardstuck Iron 3 and know basically everything that others tell me to do.

  • Know every map layout
  • Know how agents work | Utility / Classes
  • Know how to shoot at people

I dont know what I'm doing wrong, I learned to not crouch and have crosshair placement but the opposing team always crouches and I end up whiffing a perfectly good headshot. If you know something that can help me please reply to this.

What Valorant character has the best drip?

I was talking about this with a friend and he was a hardcore Yoru drip supporter, whereas I was an average Cypher enjoyer. Which character do you think has the best drop?
