How should I be doing VOD reviews on my own?

I’m currently Ascendant 3, been stuck in this rank for about the last 2-2 1/2 weeks.

I’m asking similar/higher ranked players what you do when you VOD review, because I do not have the patience/discipline to actually sit through an entire VOD.

Maybe you could share a set of questions you ask after every round, I think that would help me a lot, thanks

Title. Im using a 144hz monitor (LG 24GL600F) and a pc good enough to get much more fps than that. So which one should I use? What's the differences between them? Thanks.
