How to improve ?

I have been playing valorant for a while now and just recently broke into diamond elo. After being placed bronze 1 I could I slowly improve and got through the ranks. I can’t seem to improve anymore. Any advice would be appreciated ?

Unpopular opinion: Old flashes visuals are better

Amazing job reducing the brightness on the visual, but I am too used and love the old ones. Wish there could be an option to toggle between the two.
